Things that I do in class

In this semester I really enjoyed do a model in scale of 1:10 that represent a sound in form of a vault… I know this is a little weird. All started with an activity of the class that was record 30 second of audio in the street, park, house, etc. Later, in group, we record a video in that our hands represented the spatial that created the sound of the audio. after this, we created the model 1:10 with cubes of Polyurethane Foam that represent real boxes (that me and my group take of the super market) and now me and my group must do the half of an arch with the boxes, the final model (corrected) and three draws of the model with Chinese ink.

I think that is a project really funny and awesome because you can have the experience of be a real architect (for the stress, ok no) and experiment with different materials, ideas and other. The only that cause me disgusting is the shortage of time for the works, but this is compensate for the happiness of finish the work.

Arch Daily,an useful website !!1!!one!!!

I´m going to talk to a website so useful for me: “Arch Daily” , Arch Daily is a web about architecture that have so many sections like: projects of; cultural architecture, education and sports, Industrial & infrastructure, public architecture, etc. or Interviews, awards, events and news. Arch Daily have so much information about types of projects, perspectives in architecture, digital innovation, use of different materials and one of the most important things (for me) is you can read about project in different parts of the world and learn about this and learn different things about architecture. 

The website has different version, the principal is in English (word) and the others are in Portuguese (Brazil), Chinese (China) and some in Spanish (Colombia, Peru, Mexico and Spanish America).

I frequently enter to the website to read about architecture and is this because I really like it. And for finish I recommend read “Toyo Travel Diary:Architecture and Manga” because is interesting the perspective of Japan architecture of the Autor and you can see some building so strange in comparison to the building of Chile.

Internet (My passion?)

I think that my passion is Internet because I´m a little “otaku” since that I have 5 years approx. and is all a fault of Inuyasha and be a series so good to my taste of childhood and is the same for Naruto and sailor moon (note: These are so good, and I recommend so much).  When I started to grow up my love for the anime get worse because: INTERNET. If not for the internet maybe I might not a person that see anime with regularity today or maybe I be a normal person or something.

 The Internet is so glorious because have anime and memes, the only things that are important in my life and is a fact not an opinion because all love memes (I think so) and I remember when I was like 8 and Internet was the best in my boring life of child (so sad) Also, Internet have "Homestuck" a webcomic that is very bizarre and I like so much.

Things that I see

When I walk on the street I see the houses, buildings and the people that catch my attention like persons with a beautiful hair or nice style. Usually I walk look to my side or up, because I really love see the variety of buildings and houses like that have rare forms, edifices with so many windows, houses that have plants on the balcony, gothic churches and my favorites: buildings with an architecture of the 20 century or older, for example the Brazil’s embassy that I see when I go to the University.

In relation whit the people that catch my attention, these usually have a flashy appearance like fantasy colors in the hair, unusual hairstyle, piercings on the face and/ or ears, peculiar clothes, punk style or a little goth. Also I really like see people with a cute style and color pastel clothes.

My favourite gadget!!! (spoiler: is my phone)

My favourite gadget is my mobile, because is so much useful and fun. In my cell phone I can see my schedule, my homework, read books and fanfics, write things, see photos, download and play games like Pokemon, The legend of Zelda or more, watch movies on Netflix, listen music and browse about series that I like.

 I have my cell phone since the past year, because my older phone was steeled when walked in the centre of Santiago for a Chilean “Lanza” and my aunt gif me her old phone. Now I use so much my phone and is practically a part of my and without my phone I think that my life will harder, be due to that a mobile is a gadget so useful and you can use like an alarm, schedule , journal and more productive things.

 In summary: I really love my phone <3.

Architecture is interesting(?

To the age of eight I was not having an idea about a dream job, because I thought that I did not want work. But when I was eleven my mind changes and started think in a job like be a comic artist or be a draughtswoman because I love draw and is an activity that I realized so much, since have five years at present, this idea died quickly in my head because I was prefer my hobby like something separated of my job.

 And when I was thirteen I thought in be a psychologist, but finally I decided to study Architecture because have art, math and think that the architecture is really interesting and amazing. And I love gothic architecture. 

When I choose my list of preferences for the university I only put Architecture, because this was the only thing that I was study. In the actuality I study Architecture in the university and is fine up to now, and I expect design and build beautiful places.

My name is Carolina and I was born in Santiago of Chile in October 2 of 2000. To the age of four I started to go to the school, at the aged fo six I learned to read and write this was so good in my life because I really like read books in my free time.  My favourite books are The shining, perfume and "Primer Tiempo" of Carlos Cerda 

 I have two brothers: Natalia and Matías , They are older that me, Natalia is eleven years greater that me, she is engineer and live alone in Santiago but She works in Rancagua and Matías is Four years older that me, He is a student of sociology and live in my house with me and my parents. My parent are from "Pedro Agruirre Cerda", The name of my father is Nestor, He is retired and my mother is Veronica.

 I like see movies and my favourites are The Butterfly Effect, The goodfhater and Mulan. In the actuality I am a student of architecture that have 18 years that like see anime, series, movies and read.
